Ankit Tiwari Is Back To Compose Music For Ajay Devgn’s Baadshaho

SpotboyE had  told you that Amit Trivedi and Pritam have been roped in for Ajay Devgn’s Baadshaho, cutting Ankit Tiwari to size.

However, now we hear that Ankit is back. As per a source close to Ankit, “Initially Amit Trivedi and Pritam were considered for the project, but Pritam did not agree for a multi-composer project and things didn’t work out well with Amit. This made the producers reconsider their first choice, Ankit.

SpotboyE.com has it that Ankit has finished dubbing the songs of Baadshaho and is in the process of mixing the same.

Baadshaho is a thriller set in the emergency era of the 1970s. The principal photography of the film happened in Mumbai in August 2016 and the second schedule of Baadshaho commenced in December in Jodhpur. Baadshaho has been delayed ever since Ajay Devgn’s mother Veena Devgan was hospitalised due to water accumulation in her lungs. Reports suggest that since then, Ajay attends to his ailing mother during nights while wife Kajol takes over in the day.

The film written by Rajat Arora, has been directed and co-produced by Milan Luthria. Apart from Devgn, Baadshaho also features Emraan Hashmi, Esha Gupta, Ileana D'Cruz and Vidyut Jammwal in lead roles. This is the fourth time that Milan and Ajay are collaborating for a film. Prior to Baadshaho, they collaborated for Kachche Dhaage (1999), Chori Chori (2003) and Once Upon a Time in Mumbai (2010).

Ankit remained unavailable for comment
